This is a specialist book on the French Bulldog tracing its origins and development. There is information on all aspects of caring for a Frenchie, including choosing a puppy, preparing your home for a Frenchie, and guidance on feeding, grooming and exercise.
This is a highly intelligent breed, with a mind of his own, so help is given on understanding the Frenchie mind and Frenchie body language, as well as outlining a programme of training and socialisation. There is in-depth analysis of the Breed Standard, with particular reference to the health and wellbeing of the breed, and a chapter devoted to preventative health care and breed specific disorders.
More about Penny Penny has enjoyed success breeding and exhibiting French Bulldogs under the Penburton affix, and she is a Championship show judge of the breed.
